Great product & price, fast delivery
The quality of this Sam-e is excellent. It comes in blister packs which I have been told keeps the product as fresh as possible. I cannot find this quality at a better price. They are also very quick with their shipping - my orders arrive in 2-3 days.

stomach ache
I read all the great reviews and had high hopes. I felt good until the 4th dose. Worse stomach cramps ever, took 2 days to subside. I wonder why this is not mentioned on any reviews here at Swanson but I found many stomach complaints on other websites. I would like to continue if I could take without the stomach pain.

Seems like it works
I purchased this product for my girlfriend and she has been taking it (almost) daily for several weeks now. She recently told me that on days when she does not take it she feels a difference in her mood. It seems to helping to balance her mood and keep her in a more positive frame of mind.

Don't go a day without it!
Both of my sisters recommended this supplement. I was skeptical, but decided to try it! I will now not go a day without it! I feel a difference in how I feel without it and notice how much better I feel when I take it! I will not let myself run out! I is easy to take, does what it claims and it is the best I have every tried! I only wish it was less expensive!

Excellent Product
I have been using sam-E for some time now. I take it for better joint mobility and mood enhancement. I was so excited when I discovered that Swanson sells this product for the BEST PRICE I have found and I did quite a bit of research on pricing. The product works very well and found that when I stopped it for a week (ran out) I could feel the difference. Thank you Swanson.

Product Sent Not Same Ingredient
I ordered this product because the website ingredients says the important ingredient, 400 mg of S-adenosylmethionine, comes from 800 mg of S-adenosylmethionine, meaning we truly get the 400 stated on the label. However, when the box arrived, the label was NOT the same as the ingredients online: what I rec'd was only "400 mg," NOT "400 mg from 800 mg," meaning that we really only get 200 mg. Source for this information is the book, "SAMe - The Ulitimate Methyl Donor," by Dallas Clouatre, Ph.D. According to this highly referenced book, it's important to get only the one that says "from 800...). Needless to say, I was disappointed and returned the item.

I just wouldn't do without it!
I have been using SamE for several years and it helps me to stay on an even keel and lightens my mood. I notice a difference if I forget to take it for a couple of days. I take the 400mg daily. Great Value and They Work!
These Sam-e work well and are the lowest price I can find. My husband has been taking them for a few months now, he started taking 400mg and after a month he moved up to 800mg and that seems to be doing the trick. He said it took a few weeks to feel the full affects but they work.

Misleading dose info
Please, be aware that this product contains twice less SAMe than other brands indicating 400 on the front of the package. Usually, this number stands for the amount of chemically pure SAMe without other elements of the compound/powder contained in the capsule. And this product shows 400 as the total amount of the powder, not SAMe. Just compare the label info with other brands, which mention that 400 mg of SAMe is produced from 800 mg of the powder.
This info has been confirmed with customer support. And from the formal standpoint Swanson's labeling is absolutely accurate, but might confuse many users.

works great on joints
I wish I would have been using this product sooner...it has helped my joints (knees most of all) tremendously. It took about 2 weeks to kick in and I am back exercising now that I am feeling better. I haven't noticed any difference in my mood yet after 1.5 months of use.

Good so far
Although I have not noted an "elevation" of my mood, there is certainly more stability. My sleep has become much more consistant. I take one 400mg tab in the morning and another late afternoon - I have been resistant to go up to 3 tabs due to the reviews citing jitters.

Best Bargain for SAM-e
This has helped me better than any other thing I've tried in this category. I take it every single day on an empty stomach and can feel the difference if I miss a dose. I've started pre-ordering multiple months worth so I never run out. I highly recommend this product. I've never found a better price anywhere.

all you can ask for when you buy something is that it does what it claims. This stuff is supposed to help with mood. It does it honestly helps with emotions. try it you might want a cheaper way but they don't always work.
