Easy to Swallow

From all the research I read it seems like this is the most over-looked vitamin which is so essential to take for people who supplement with calcium and vit D. I don't think anybody could see an obvious difference from taking it, at least not short term. We just hope that our calcium will go to where it is supposed to be - the bones. I wish this product was cheaper, though:) Thanks.

Good dosage size
I wanted to add this vitamin to my diet for bone health, and this was just the right dosage. Also it is M7 from natto which I heard is the VitK2 that I should get.

Get the calcium to where it belongs...
That is what vitamin K2 does. It makes sure calcium goes only to your bones and not where it is not needed. This is a good supplement to take and Swanson has it at the best price I have seen. The quality of this product is very good so add this to your nutritional supplements.

Excellent Value
I'd been reading about K2 for quite a while, so I decided to start taking it to get the most from my calcium supplements. I eat very carefully--no junk foods, whatsoever, and lots of vegetables, mostly raw. But as an older woman, I also like to supplement with extra Calcium-Magnesium, and since this kind of K2 (from Natto) is so superior, I feel more sure that the calcium I take will used as it should. I would eat the Natto itself, but anyone who's tried it will tell you it's not easy to develop a taste for. This is the best alternative possible, in my opinion.

A great deal
I read lots of positive things about this vitamin and It sure makes sense to supplement ourself with this. It did something unexpected for me and I'm very happy with the result. The scientific literature says it is essential to keep the calcium out of the muscle and it seems to be true.
