Another great product.
I started taking this a few months ago. Since I do not take a multiple daily vitamin, I choose to take individual vitamins. This was one I did some research on and it is very important health wise.
So I incorporated it in my daily supplements. And I now will not be without it.

Terrific Product
You won't find Vitamin E in a Biochemistry book...you have to look under tocopherols. Most products have only d Alpha tocopherol, and taking too much disrupts your balance of tocopherols. I feel a difference when I take these.

Get mixed tocopherols
