Fabulous Vitamin!
I really love this supplement! I've been buying another brand with the same time release formula for years for almost 3 times the cost of the Swanson brand! I was so happy to find a vitamin that worked the same for a fraction of the cost.

I discovered that this pill is totally indigestible. It comes out exactly the way you swallow it so it does no good at all.

All in one
Since the B-complex vitamins work better as a team, I like the fact that you can get all of them in one tablet. Since they are water soluable I like the fact that they are time released so they stay with you longer. The fact that they are 125 mg/mcg means this is a B powerhouse. You can get all the benefits of every B vitamin in one easy to take tablet.

It's time release vitamin.
It's very hard to find a supplement that is time released.It can replace energy drinks with lots of cafeine at a fraction of the cost, without making you hiper.

Vitamin B 125
30 years ago, as a young mother under alot of stress with family and work, I started taking a full B complex vitamin supplement twice a day. I noticed that I didn't seem to get stressed so easily, problems didn't become mountains, and I yelled less. It did then, and continues now to bring peace to my world! Recently, my daughter, now a young adult, suffered the same kinds of emotional stresses and frequently called me crying because of overwhelming "problems." I shared with her, my experience, and now I don't get those teary calls any more. I like the B-125 because it gives lots of each of the B Vitamins, so my body can take what it needs and discard the rest. I have always found Swanson's brands or their products from other companies to be reliable and efficacious.

Pill Size/Dosage Too Big...
Product quality is fine, but would be better if offered in a B-50 pill size as many other brands that make a timed-release variety do. I currently have to split these, which then negates the timed-release property somewhat.

Great Product
I've taken the B125 Complex for sometime now and I think it is a good product. It gives energy and pep when tired and I can tell a difference when I run out of them and don't have them on hand.

I think this pill is too hard to swallow, and leaves a bad after-taste. I did not really feel the effects of this vitamin after a few weeks. The value is good for this amount of vitamins. I would love to see this products in a capsule.
