To be brief, this product contains two desirable factors bromelain, (usually from pineapple), and quercetin. The color of the capsule is a nice light yellow.

I will not be without this supplement it works great for me. I also like the gold caps on many of the supplement bottles because I sometimes take different amounts than what is on the bottle and so I write on the cap what I take (3/3X) and so when I fill up my weekly pill box it's easier and when I get a new bottle I swap the new lid for the old one, but keep the new lid in case I change again or get a black lid on something else.

A boost of energy
