High Quality
Inositol is considered a B vitamin, healthy for the nervous system. If you take a high quantity of inositol, this is the way to go. Each scoop is 6 grams so no taking a lot of capsules. I highly recommend this product.

Good for you and taste good too
Inositol is good for you. I used to take capsule format. I prefer this powder format much better as it tastes so good, not like the boring tasteless gel caps.

Wow! A beautiful supplement!
Before I get started on how inositol looks, let me just say inositol has many health benefits. If you can, I suggest looking them up!
I personally take inositol for a few reasons, like for my body's cell health.
Yes, this inositol has such a beautiful, snow-like color to it, and also has shimmering crystal-like reflections in it in light. The taste of this inositol is kind of like confectioner's sugar to me, but not quite as sweet. I personally have to use self-control so I do not consume too much in a day.
This inositol mixes well in water and to me, needs nothing added to take pleasantly.

Like the price!
The Swanson brand on inositol is excellent! I also like the quality of it as well. The powder mixes into water fairly well and has a faint sweetness to it.

I take this every day and mix it with my hot tea. It has made me so relaxed. When I am feeling edgy and irritated, that is when I know I have forgotten to take it!!!

good quality inositol
This is the best place I have found to get good value for good quality inositol. The powder tastes fine, and I can easily mix it into food or beverages, and the fact that it comes with a scoop already in the container makes things more convenient. I wish it came in a larger size with more discount though.

Inositol in Coffee
Caffeine is known to deplete the B-vitamin inositol. I enjoy one scoop of Swanson Premium 100% Pure Inositol Powder in my morning cup of Joe. The slightly sweet taste is very pleasant and it seems to soften the jolt to ease me into a pleasant morning.

Noticed difference in a few weeks
My hair has been getting thicker the last few weeks and I couldn't figure out why. Finally, I checked out "inositol" online since this was the only new supplement I had been taking. It said that inositol was VITAL for hair growth and thickness. It really is working for my hair that was thinning and lifeless.

Inositol Powder has been shown to raise seratonin levels, that is why the Review Title is: Don't worry, be happy - take Inositol Powder. Inositol is also supposed to be good for brain function.
This is a good product. I add a heaping teaspoon every day to my nonfat plain yogurt. It has a smooth texture and good taste.
I do appreciate that Swanson offers Inositol in a powder form for ease of use in large quantities. I also appreciate that it is in a plastic container with no aluminum parts of the container.
I only gave it a 3 for convenience because once it is open it is convenient, but the seal is VERY DIFFICULT to open and I want to be certain that all the aluminum from the seal is removed from the edge of the jar and this is a tedious task. I wish that the seal were easier to totally remove.
I purchased many jars of SW1164 when it was on sale for $6.99 and I hope that it goes on sale again soon.

Best of its kind
Your inositol powder is smooth, not grainy like many others and has a great taste. As an author of books on nutrition, I know a quality product when I see one. My husband, a runner in his 60's takes your supplements to keep him going

Excellent product
The inositol powder was just what I needed for my child who won't take pills. It is easy to sprinke in food and although a little more difficult to dissolve in drinks, it will dissolve with alot of stirring. It's a great price. It helps my child handle his day better when he has it.
