Wonderful comprehensive multi!
When I was searching for a multi vitamin that included more than the basic minerals, I found it in Swanson's Premium High Potency Softgel Multi! It has all the trace metals you would want, along with high potency levels of all necessary vitamins and major minerals. I'm happy I found this excellent product!

All rolled into ONE
A potent, multi-vitamin & mineral supplement. What could be better, plus I can purchase this with or without iron. I've always wanted this type of vitamin, but the price on most of them is really 'spendy', , I just typed in "high potency vitamin"...and there it was! Full of good stuff, seriously. A good place to shop for good health products!

Best Multiple
Have used this multiple for years. It is, like most Swanson products, a softgel. I avoid any supplement which is not a softgel, because I want the product to be 100% effective in my system.
Love all Swanson products- I use several each day!

Easy Multis
These multis seem to work well for me and do not make me feel sick or overwhelmed with that ick multi feeling. They are easy to swallow and do not taste bad.

Different than before
I have ordered these vitamins for several years, and have been quite satisfied with the quality and the company service. Have even recommended them to other people, telling them that the vitamin E is natural (tocopherol). Checked the latest bottle, and it has changed to the synthetic vitamin E. Downer. A rep had said that "due to shortages from suppliers..." However, NOW Foods has the softgel, and the E is natural. No real difference in price.

I've never seen a vitamin with added fat. I don't know if this is the cause but when I take this vitamin I get a metallic taste in my mouth. I don't see anyone else having this reaction so I tried taking each of my vitamin pills separately on a different day so that I wasn't taking anything but this vitamin by itself (I don't take any medications) on any given day. I still got the metallic taste so it is definitey coming from this vitamin.

Use to be an Excellent Multi...
I've used this multi for years. I was very upset to find out that swanson changed the natural vitamin e to a synthetic form as noted by the dl in the stats for E. I would have paid more to keep the natural form. The human body isn't quite sure how to process synthetics...

Excellent multivitamin

Seems to be alright
Recommended by my dietitian. They are a bit big and you have to take 2 pills a day. Adding to the rest of pills in a day, I wish it were only one. Also, when you travel it is one more pill to take along.

Excellent multi
I have been taking this multi for several years. It contains a good assortment of vitamins and minerals. If I am traveling and don't want to take a lot of supplements with me, I just take this multi and I know I am covered pretty well until I get home.

poor quality
I purchased 2 bottles based on ratings. Because of the poor quality, I would not try them and could not ascertain the effectiveness. Both bottles had broken capsules which caused the others to be miscolored and greasy feeling. My fingers also became stained. These are not up to the normally high standards I have come to expect from Swanson products and am returning them.

Great all around supplement
I have been taking this multiple vitamin for over two years now. I think it is a great product. I advise anyone who is taking this supplement to do so with food and water. You may even split the serving size into two taking 1 capsule with a meal instead of taking both capsules at the same time to reduce any chance of stomach upset (which can happen with some people).
