I compared the label on these vitamins to a bottle that I had been using (which were way more expensive) and these were much better. Also, I feel the softgels are easier for my body to utilize.

Great Multi!
Have you read all the great vitamins and minerals in these multivitamins? Even if I fail to take all my other supplements (running late), this is one that I won't be without. They are the best I have ever found! Thank you Swanson's for this high quality at such a great price!

So happy to find Solftgels Multi
I have had gastric bypass surgery and really need the product to dissolve quickly. I feel this is the answer. I hate power and drinks. So, I hope this is doing the job. Chewable are OK, so expensive! love the prices here!!!

Nice proportions Per Pill
The best part about this is that I can take only one pill and get half of the amount of the vitamins (the serving size is 2), which is right for me. I was taking a B complex with exactly twice as much of all the B vitamins (the amount you would get if you took two of these pills) and it gave me too much "bad" energy. Even using just half the serving size, I feel like I am getting a good safety net of nutrients that I might miss out on through food. I can definitely feel the energy from the B vitamins in a good way. Also being on prescription drugs which interact with a lot of herbs, I chose this multiple as it doesn't have added herbs like ginseng, ginkgo, etc. I like that this one has just the basics--but the basics covered very comprehensively.
Of course, any vitamin with B vitamins will smell metallic, but that's to be expected. And this one was not terrible, and although the pill is large, I had no trouble swallowing it.
Unlike other multiples I've tried, this one gave me no stomach upset at all, even on an empty stomach.

Nice high potency, I take one with breakfast an one with lunch. Got mine on a buy one get one free (check that out if you haven't ) Large pill but it is a gel.

Exactly what I want in a multi at a great price.
This multi is what I have been looking for for a long time. Taking a softgel makes a difference and taking two at different times in the day has given me more energy, especially on workout days. The price is slightly better than average, but the softgel form is much better than the compressed tablets.

Swanson Multi Softgels
Multi Softgels are the perfect vitamin for me to take daily. I prefer liquid caps for their ease of taking, & Swanson quality.

good product
It is about time someone supplied a genuinely broad spectrum nutritional supplement in reasonably balanced proportions easy to take. Wonderful that the dosage can be cut in half by taking only one. Good product because it covers deficiencies doctors rarely observe but are all too frequent in older people with less dietary variety, rduced intake and reduced capacity for absorption of nutrients.

Excellent product
I tried these due to a run down feeling and research that suggested that taking the range of B vitamins may help. I felt better (a definite difference) after taking this supplement for 2 days and continue to do so. Although the pill is large, being a softgel it is easy to swallow compared to a hard pill. Contains the entire vitamin B complex, as well as a lot more essential nutrients. Being a liquid in a softgel capsule, it is easily absorbed into the body compared to solid tablets. Shop around, but I don't believe you will find a better softgel multi vitamin at this price. You won't go wrong trying these.

Great product!
I used to buy expensive vitamins for about $50 a month. This product has the same ingredients for a fraction of the price. I decided to give it a try and have not been disappointed. I think it has the same effectiveness and quality as the more expensive brands.
