I love this
If fo-ti is taken as recommended, you will certainly recognize the results. I noticed that my hair was turning white in some sections, .......started taking fo-ti and noticed the color returning in the white hair, Omgosh, I am highly impressed with this product!

Seems good to me
Its hard sometimes to actually tell if a product is working ,just because its working doesnt mean you'll feel some majic spell working. No bad effects / and no good BUT that doesnt mean its not doing its job.I'll trust the product and wait and see.

Skin seems softer
Since taking this, my skin feels a lot softer! Give it a couple weeks. I take 1 capsule per day in the morning.

very effective product
It gives me a lot of energy and i don't feel tired after sleep late. not sure it will make my hair turn black again yet, i will update later. I don't need to make Chinese herb soup for my youth now. The best quality should be dark red color. I hope Swanson improve later. Do not eat carrot after you take this herb, it will reduce the effectiveness. Fo Ti is evaluable as ginseng in China.
