this iron free multiple vitamin and mineral supplement fits the bill for me. it's easy to swallow, not overly coated to make it more bio available, and sells at a great price. whats not to like?

my wife and I have been using century formula vitamins for several yrs. with very good results. we chose this vitamin to supplement other vitamins that we take.

I'm still here!!
A multi vitamin is a little harder to rate because it's basically a maintainance product but I can say this about it; the price can't be beat, I'm still kickin', and I rest easy knowing that we are daily getting everything our bodies need. So, if you want a good basic vitamin then this is the one to choose; I've been buying it from Swanson for about seven years and it's never let me down so I say that rates 5 stars!

multi vitamin
effectiveness is a question. Have been taking for a month and seem to be in the same shape as when I was taking another brand, but the value (price) hear was good.

Love it
I have a very sensitive stomach when it comes to vitamins. I have tried LOTS of different kinds of multivitamins without iron, but after taking them for a while I always feel like I have rocks in my stomach. I bought these hoping they would finally be the one I could tolerate. So glad I did! I've been taking them for about 2 months now with NO problems. I will be taking them from now on. LOVE them! Thanks Swanson for making such great products!

Very good vitamins!
I have benefited so far from taking the Swanson Premium Century Formula without Iron, because I have noticed more energy and stamina! Getting 130 tabs for the price, is a good deal!

Not Kosher but Excellent
Swanson no longer carry the Kosher Multivitamin which is unfortunate because I love their Kosher range of products so I looked at this one and not only does it fulfill my needs but the price is excellent. If you want a good multivitamin which isn't too excessive then this is an excellent one.

Fantastic Multi
My husband and I just started taking these and we both feel the difference already. Great forms of minerals (in my opinion), no added dyes, and like another reviewer mentioned - a reasonable amount of the various nutrients. I hope they never quite making these because I plan to take them for years to come. In the past, I've spent a lot more on other brands without getting the good results to our energy levels that these give. I've been recommending them to friends. What a great company!

My husband takes this vitamin daily, it has all the sufficient minerals and vitamins he needs in one day. Very reasonably priced for the excellent quality you get.

The best multi ever!
My husband was taking a very expensive brand of multi which was eating up our vitamin budget. I scoured Swanson's and found these gems. The vitamin/mineral count was equivalent and the price is unbelievable! These are amazing and cost 10% of the other vitamins--woo hoo! Plus you only have to take one pill.
