Easy Read
Easy to use and read. Most cost effective. You can adjust the amount of paper to use. I've used some other products that you can't adjust how much is used. So it doesn't go very far.

Good Product
This product works as directed. I use it along with ph booster drops to keep my levels alkaline. They are great for checking your drinking h20 as well.

pH Paper + Container
I've been buying from Swanson's for quite sometime, now. And when I needed more pH paper, I checked my local pharmacy's around north Dallas & several Internet sights. They all were quite a bit more expensive than the Swanson's price. I purchase a lot of other vitamins & supplements from Swanson's that I can't find locally. Also, I can pay with PayPal, the safest way to purchase on-line. That's a BIG PLUS!

Excellant product
This product did the job I wanted it to perform and correctly identified the condition of my saliva and urine pH levels...that seemed to coordinate with my feelings. Great buy also.

I used this to test my pH level every other day. I use this in conjunction with the pH balanced tea, and I have actually seen a difference.

Wonderful
Years ago I purchased this product. Every time I tested my urine it always read as acid. it never seem to move. I stop using it, but it was still in my bathroom cabinet.
About a week ago, I decided to throw it out. Just before I did so, I decided to test some 8.0 pH water which I purchased. Immediately, the paper for the first time was not acid. Believe it or not the expiration date on the tape was 2004. Now, I am drinking the 8.0 pH water and testing more often. It works after 6 years.

A useful tool in PH management
I have used this tape as an effective aid in determining my PH levels. It is important to wait at least 2-3 hours after consuming a meal in order to get an accurate reading. Saliva testing, in any case, is slightly more unsound than measuring urine PH, which is best tested in the morning. One roll of tape goes a long way - I have had mine for over a year - and just a small length is sufficient to do the job. The price is affordable, also.

Waste of money
With saliva, showing one color(purple) and with urine another color.
Be careful if you touch wet tape, it bleeds on your finger even though it washes easily with water and soap.
This is totally waste of money.

EASY TO USE
Now i keep my ph in check with this product. If you are new to testing I advise you to check your URINE in the morning for a more accurate result.

Great Purchase
This is the first time I have used PH Balance strips and they seem to be working great. I saw some other brand strips and the price was about 2-3 times more than this one. For the price, you can't beat this item.

Another great product (and value)
For those who understand the importance of testing in order to help take charge of their health, this is a very effective tool. It is essential to understand also how to use it. PH levels can be very volatile and vary widely according to what we have consumed. It is evident also that different fluids may have different levels because of the way the body processes what we put into it. This tape should be thought of as an indicator of what we are doing that may be helping or hurting us rather than as a way to pinpoint a specific problem. i.e. I have noticed that my saliva is generally closer to 7, or even greater when I consume substances that are considered be "healthy." In contrast, my experience has been that it is lower than 7 when I consume foods that are considered to be unhealthy. I feel that this gives me tangible information about the effect that some foods may be having on my body and better enables me to make the proper adjustments. I try to keep in mind, however, that the PH level is only one factor among many that may have an effect on the decisions I make regarding my health.

Same Tape, Best Value
Previously, I bought pH tape from different pharmacies and from my doctor's office - and paid as much as $25 for a 15' roll. Ouch!
Then I stumbled across this Swanson pH tape. It's identical to the others, as far as I can tell - quality seems the same (both for the tape and the container), and my readings are no different than before. BUT this tape is only a fraction of the pharmacy price! I have told a friend about it and recommend it highly.

great product
I was talking to a pharmacist one day and she was telling me how a homeopatic dr. told her that you have to have a positive ph for your body to absorb the nutrients that a person takes. I did not know this until she told me. I ordered this testing strip to see what my ph is and mine is pretty close to normal. Without this I wouldn't have known. This product is very easy to use and helps to see where your at. It is also very affordable. Everyone should order this product to check there bodies ph. I am so happy to have discovered Swanson, thanks again for great products.

A Very Practical Item
The Swanson pH Balance Tape w/dispenser is the best way to monitor your pH balance. I had no idea of how acidic my body was. With this item, I was able to correct the problem with practical solutions e.g. changing my diet. I want to keep this product around as my staple.
