Not sure of benefits
I have been taking this, 2 tablets 3 times a day, for almost a month. While the time frame is quite short thus far, I haven't seen any benefits. I will continue to take them for another month or so to give the supplements a chance.

Why did I wait?
As a vegan who consumes lots of vegetables and fruit every day, my skin, health and energy levels are already pretty high. But I'm feeling even more energy and vitality since beginning to use Spirulina. We are also giving small daily doses to our pets and have noticed positive changes in coat, skin and energy levels. A very good product.

No more 3 o'clock slump

For the price, a great product. Contains no potentially harmful fillers and additives. My family and I have been using this for quite a while now. I give it to my children and grandchildren. Spirulina is almost a perfect food, and Swanson brand a perfect price.

OUCH
These hurt my stomach; what pain i had at work. How embarrasing it was also, to have to RUN to the restroom that day at work. Not a good match for me but the ingredients seem good.

It seems to help my hair
I started taking a supplement with spirulina in it 2 years ago. Coincidentally, my natural hair color improved. I was disappointed to learn my old supplement was discontinued. I was relieved to discover this product. The price is right. I believe spirulina has important nutrients that I don't normally get in my diet, and I think it helps in keeping my hair healthy. This is important to me, because I'm planning to let my hair grow longer so I can later cut it and donate it to charity.
