Love the detox effect of this!
I have been using powdered form of water veg and I really am just not in the mood to swallow that day in day out. These make a perfect substitution.
They do give a quick detox effect (elimination) and leave me energized for several hours. My skin is always glowing! I've already ordered a second bottle so I am never without it.

My junk food cravings disappeared!

IF YOU WON'T DO THE POWDER. . . .
Chlorella is absolutely wonderful - - - jam packed with vitamins, chlorophyll, RNA/DNA, protein, minerals, antioxidants - - - Super Concentrated Green Nourishment at the highest and best level. I can tell how good it is for me when I take it. Chlorella makes me feel like a million bucks.
It is so convenient to be able to take Chlorella as a means of being sure to get all the Green Nourishment from eating fresh vegetables. Well, maybe not all, but a huge amount. I love vegetables in salads, cooked, and even my own fermented / pickled veggies of all kinds. However, even a big vegetable eater like I am doesn't necessarily get all the Green Nourishment that would be ideal every single day.
Enter Chlorella. About 10 of these 500 mg. Chlorella tablets provides the equivalent of about a tsp of the pure Chlorella powder. So for those who won't take the powder, I recommend having around 10 of these Broken Cell Wall Chlorella tablets with one of your meals, or 3 or 4 tablets with each of three meals every day, as I did before switching to the powder. Whatever works for you. At least that way you will be getting a really excellent blast of very Complete Green Nourishment to satisfy many of your body's needs on a regular basis.

Unnecessary ingredients
Although Swanson says they get their chlorella from Taiwan, which is an excellent source of quality chlorella, they do mix in unnecessary ingredients Calcium carbonate, microcrystalline cellulose (plant fiber), stearic acid, magnesium stearate. Why? Other high quality chlorella manufacturers use only pure chlorella, no additives. Swanson can do better. I bought this product and consider it marginal. I am only going to use high grade pure chlorella products from now on. You get what you pay for. I am willing to pay more if Swanson makes a better quality chlorella product.

. Why is there any other ingredient in this product but Chlorella. Every other Chlorella product Swanson sells Mercolas, Now etc. has no other ingredient. No wonder this is so extremely cheap. You get 60 days worth and everybody else gives you 30 days worth at 3g a day. I'll pay a bit more and get the quality stuff I know has a better bioavailability.

Great Stuff!
Corella is healthy, for a multitude of reasons. This one is especially good because of the "broken cell wall" which means the nutrients are better available for the body to utilize them.

Chlorella
Good stuff, I take four tabs, morning and evening, with a teaspoon of Virgin Coconut oil. They taste good together. Dr Mercola says four grams is the daily minimum to achieve detoxifying effects.

Little Green
I have read that broken cell wall Chlorella is a perfect food, easily digestable source of protein. What I do know from personal experiences is that it has improved my bad breath.
