Slendesta Appetite Control
This product did not work for me. In fact it made me hungry instead of controlling my appetite.

Definitely works!
Slendesta definitely works, it just takes a while before you get the "fullness" feeling, you really need to take at least an hour or hour and a half before eating but once it gets in your system or stomach it really works and has a fullness feeling.

It does good
Yes, This works within days, but not done yet. Have lost, 12lbs in about a month with calistenics and natural healthy food: veggies, fish, chicken breast, etc. Still have room to loose more weight. Will purchaseagain in the future.

IT WORKS!
I find that it is the best overall appetite reducer, because it is a natural product made from potatoes.
If you take it before a meal as directed it does everything it claims. I forget to take it before sometimes and it still works, but to a lesser degree.
I feel fine when I take it, no adverse side effects and it can be used anytime you need to curb but not totally remove your appetite.
It truly makes you a 'lite eater'! I am able to make desserts, I love, for family and I don't suffer by not eating them or, usually a small taste will suffice! The effect on me is about 4 hours. For someone who loves to cook and eat, this is a great help.

It Works!
I am 6’4” and 235 lbs and a big eater. This product does curb my appetite if I take 2 capsules with a full glass of water. The best part is that I do not get jitters from this product, like most appetite suppressants.

Does nothing
I followed the directions on the bottle but it did not blunt my appetite. I tried it for a week. The last couple of days I doubled and tripled the dose without effect. Very disappointing product for me.

Seems to work sporatically for me
I take Slendesta every day but not before every meal. When I do take it it seems I feel full quicker.

It helps a little, just a little.
I tried slendesta so far for 3 weeks. I think it helps a little but if you are expecting the same results that a good lunch or dinner will give you then your expectations are set too high. Slendesta suppresses the appetite just a little but it won't completely suppress it. It is very far from make you feel full. It helps a little, just a little. I haven't noticed any side effects, it seems to be secure, but I wish it could be more effective. I started with 1 pill before lunch and dinner, but they didn't make any effect at all, so I'm using two before lunch and dinner. Their effect may last for 2 or 3 hours. I don't want to take more so I'll take the little help that 4 pills a day can provide.

Lose weight
This is the only product I have used for which I lost weight. I lost and have kept off twenty pounds. I haven't been able to lose additional weight. I will continue to use product to manage my weight and hopefully lose additional weight.

Swanson Slendesta
I have recently rejoined weight watchers and decided I needed some help with feeling full and staying satisfied. I shopped other products, but this one made most sense to me (no side effects, natural). I have tried it now for a week and really like it.
