Classic Chicken Noodle Soup

Bring broth powder and water to a boil in a Dutch oven or large pot. Add carrots, onion, celery, ginger, garlic and dill; stir well. Cook, uncovered, over medium heat until vegetables are just tender, about 20 minutes.

In a separate pot, boil chicken until cooked through, about 10-12 minutes, until it is fully cooked and no longer pink in the middle; shred.

To the vegetable mix, add noodles and chicken. Simmer until the noodles are just tender, 8 to 10 minutes.

Cover and refrigerate for up to two days.
