Spinach Walnut Dip

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon tarragon, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dill weed
  • 1 teaspoon cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • Himalayan crystal salt, to taste
  • Instructions:
      Puree spinach. Mix with Greek yogurt, finely chopped walnuts, chopped tarragon, dill weed, chopped cilantro, crushed red pepper, garlic powder and salt to taste.
