  • 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil, cold pressed
  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon Himalayan crystal salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon whole peppercorns, ground
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Instructions:
    1. Toss all ingredients together gently.
    2. Serve at room temperature with tortilla chips.
