100% Certified Organic Raw Honey
Raw Honey Rocks!
This is so delicious! I literally cannot wait to eat it every day. It has a wonderful, sweet taste. I usually eat about 1 tsp/day. If there is anyone who has never tried raw honey before, I highly recommend this product. It's organic and cost effective.

Organic, tastes good, is good for you. I eat it with peanut butter using a teaspoon. I take a little honey on the teaspoon and a little peanut butter on the teaspoon and it tastes so good. If I am not careful, I can eat half the bottle of the honey and peanut butter, lol.

One of the Best
I have tried a lot of honey, my husband and I are Honey Addicts! This one is my second favorite next to a local honey I got for $40, so this is my go to favorite. Its affordable, the flavor is always consistent and I like that its a paste and not syrupy. Very good quality. Highly recommend.

I couldn't decide which raw, organic honey to purchase, so I bought two types at the same time. I compared them both, and placed the results into the categories below. The brands of honey I bought are...
Y.S. Eco Bee Farm, 100% Certified Organic Raw Honey, 1 lb. paste, $7.19
Really Raw Honey, 1 lb. Jar, $10.53
Strangely, the Y.S. Eco Bee brand doesn't have that phrase anywhere on its jar. Instead it is labeled "Y.S. Organic Bee Farms". I don't know where the "Eco" came from, or where the "Farms" went. ;-)
TASTE: WINNER: Y.S. Eco Bee
The Y.S. Eco Bee honey is one of the best tasting substances on Earth. My girlfriend said it was "disappearing honey", because if I didn't hide it from her it would disappear. And the whole jar of it did disappear, quickly. After it was gone we tried the Really Raw Honey. It has a more "molasses" taste to it, and isn't as sweet. To me, it tastes terrible. Upon her first and only taste of it, my girlfriend said, "I don't want any more of that, ever". It fell upon me to make the rest of the pound of honey "go away". I consumed it all so it didn't go to waste, but it was not a pleasant task.
SPREADABILITY: WINNER: Really Raw Honey
The Y.S. Eco Bee honey is hard, and takes some effort to remove from the jar. It would tear a piece of bread to pieces if you tried to spread it on at room temperature. The Really Raw Honey is very thick, but is easily removed from the jar with a spoon. It melts into coffee faster, too.
MADE IN THE USA: WINNER: Really Raw Honey
Really Raw Honey is made in the USA. Y.S. Organic Bee Farms is based in Sheridan, IL, but the jar states on its label "A product of Brazil & Canada".
WAX: WINNER: Y.S. Eco Bee
Really Raw Honey's website states, "The crunchy bits of pollen, propolis, and capping wax that crown each jar of our honey are called 'cappings'... They are sometimes referred to as 'Farmer's Chewing Gum.' Because they do contain bits of wax, many people like to chew them and discard the wax afterwards."
I am not one of those people. The top of the honey was indeed capped with nasty looking "stuff" with a granular texture. I scraped some of it off the top and put it in my mouth. I let it dissolve and swallowed the honey, and tried to chew the mess. It does not stick together. I had to constantly use my tongue to bring the whole mess together, and then each chew would spread it out again. Then when I tried to spit it out, I kept finding grains of it in my mouth that had to be gathered up and spit out. I then scraped the rest of the mess off the top of the honey and threw it away, wasting about a tablespoon of honey. The "cappings" was a negative attribute in my experience. The Y.S. Eco Bee honey contained no such funk.
ECONOMY: WINNER: Y.S. Eco Bee
Not only is the Y.S. Eco Bee $3.34 per pound cheaper, the Really Raw Honey isn't as sweet, so I found myself using more of it to sweeten my coffee.
THE FINAL WORD: I am now a Y.S. Eco Bee customer. It's perfect for my coffee, green tea, and for making veggie smoothies in the blender. I am not going to warm it up to spread it, or try to use it to sweeten other cold liquids, though. For those chores I went to the grocery store and bought a two pound plastic bottle of Aunt Sue's Raw, Wild, Strained, Natural honey; which is a traditional liquid. At eight bucks, it's about half the cost of the Y.S. Eco Bee. The taste of Aunt Sue's isn't nearly as good, but it still tastes far better than the Really Raw Honey.

Real Quality Honey, A Very Sweet Deal
This product is a wonderful food. The quality is the finest. My grandson, age 20, exclaimed when I gave him his own jar,
"Wow! Now I know that there is a God!"
That is a bit dramatic, but it is also remarkable given the character of my very quiet, studious grandson.
We all like this honey on biscuits, toast, and as a sweetener. I will soon order more!

Great raw honey
This honey is good, its in liquid form not paste so its more flexible. I like that its in glass not plastic so its not as handy as a squeeze bottle but oh well. Its terrific honey!

I enjoy adding this in my tea, yogurt, and many more. I love the paste-like texture, and I know this honey carries a whole lot of benefits.

I got this to make a healthy cocoa snack with nuts, coconut oil, cocoa powder and honey. It tasted great! Also shared some honey with a friend and her grandkids used it up before she had a chance to try it in her tea.....the miracle is that her grandkids are VERY fussy and don't like too many things. We'll both be ordering this honey.
