ZMA Zinc, Magnesium and B-6 for better sleep
I work a lot and ZMA was recommended to me to get a good nights rest. The one time I took two before bed I had a slight headache when I awoke. I don't usually have headaches so I presumed it was from this. I will try it again though since I bought two bottles.

I use this primarily to help with the recovery after working out. It not only helps me sleep better, but really seems to help absorb a lot of the achyness I get after lifting!

Male Formula
I bought this product for my son-in-law, because Zinc is involved in many metabolic reactions. He works very hard and since athletes have been reported to have lower levels of zinc and magnesium possibly due to increased sweating or inadequate intake in diet, I thought it may be the same with him, and it seems to be helping.

I take 3 at night to help me sleep. I can tell a difference the next day. I will continue to buy this product in the future.

i'm a 60 year old male who rarely slept well.
it seemed i could sleep once every 3 or 4 days out of exhaustion while the other nights consisted of a series of cat naps. 3 zma caps with 1 10mg melatonin 30min
befor bed helps to achieve 5-7 hours of rem sleep.
my pattern has reversed- 3-4 nights of good sleep.
1-2 nights a week not so much. it's still a big improvement. the older i get i realize what a great gift a good nights sleep can be.

What a great night sleep...
This is not a sleeping aid... it provides you with mental clarity when you wake up. You feel great when you take ZMA. I can even get up in the middle of the night and go back to sleep real easy. I don't feel dopy or drowsy. You feel wonderful. I so recommend ZMA.

Works
This product really works. I have used it now for about three months, and get some of the best sleep I have ever had. I have even taken it with dairy before bed. I am usually asleep within the first 30 minutes.

Good product - best price
ZMA is a relatively effective product and mostly does what it promises. It helps me sleep more soundly and seems to boost my production at the gym a little bit. As always swanson has the best price anywhere, so if you want to try it, buy it here.

Cheap and effective.
Most of the ZMA products claim to help you sleep...the only reason they claim that is because of the B6 and magnesium. In truth, it does help you sleep. I am a very active person and this product is perfect. I work out regularly and chronic weight lifting depletes your body of the minerals zinc and magnesium. This is a great value for a 30-day supply.

Strength Enhancer
After taking ZMA for six weeks I was able to increase the weights on ten resistance machines from 10% to 16%. When I stopped taking ZMA for eight weeks, it was noticeably more difficult to maintain the increased weights. Three days after starting back on ZMA, the resistance machines were much easier to perform.
