I was using a product from ChoiceNutrients that was a good product, but cost an arm and a leg to purchase. I did some research and found Swanson Ultra UC-II Collagen & Swanson Ultra 100% Natural Eggshell Membrane the exact ingredients in the Choice Nutrients product. So I decided to switch to Swanson and give it a try. Not only do these products work they are more reasonably priced.
I really like Swansons products and your shippiing costs are more reasonable too.

Very effective
I was skeptical this would work but after researching and finding that there were studies that showed a benefit, I decided to try it. This is the best price I found and it is the only brand I have tried. Not realizing the directions said to take it in the evening before bed, I have been taking it in the morning. I still noticed a great improvement.

A highly available form of collagen...
I use this along with other supplements for my joint health, The price is good and so is the quality of this supplement. This collagen is highly absorbable into your body and seems to work for me.

Yes! By All Means Take IF ...
Yes! By all means take IF you can live with going to bed hungry as you are supposed to take it on an empty stomach 30 mins before bed. I do better w/a slightly FULL stomach so that makes it VERY inconvenient for me. However, for the CLEAR benefits I feel it provides for my knees, I will continue to try to find a happy medium.
Also, it seemed to give me REALLY, REALLY funky dreams for a time. NEGATIVELY funky dreams. :-( That effect has lessened, it seems, for now.
Definitely helps my knees, though. :-)

UC-II
After having taken this product for 6 months, I found no noticeable improvement in my joint health. This is also the case as to my wife, who joined me in this. We have now discontinued using it, to our disappointment.

Such a small pill but so effective
I tried the cheaper collegen products and they did not work. This does. I'll always go for the collegen 2 and avoid the 1 and 3.

After taking this product faithfully for more than a year, I've noticed no improvement.

Moving Free
I like this product because I experienced the freedom of normal activities. After a year, I stopped buying it and gradually felt restricted in my activities; so since again taking this product every day, once again I have the joy of freedom in normal activities.
