More energy
Taking two softgels has provided for me a balance energy through out the day. One per day was ok but two a day seemed just right. I have tried many different types of Ubiquinol and I would say this one was the most effective.

Quailty Product
The quaility and value of this product is beyond compare. Love how I feel while taking the ubiquinol and feel good about the purity of this product. Can't get something this good at such a great price anywhere else.

Good source of this type of COQ10
I use this product as a cosmetic for my skin, breaking the capsule and spreading it over my face 3 times a week and adding the residue to other home made skin care creams. Gets results. Can't comment on it taken internally, but this type is a very bioavailable source of COQ-10 and I would certainly be inclined to give it a try.

Good quality and effective
I can feel the difference between ubiquinol and the CoQ10 (which is ubiquinone). According to research reports, of the CoQ10 you have in your body, 95% of it is ubiquinol and only 5% is ubiquinone.

Excellent Product, Excellent Value!
Swansons has the best price of this supplement, hands down! I am also very happy with the quality. I have tried other brands and prefer the Swansons. I recommend reading up on the research. The soft gel is small and easy to swallow. I can't say as I feel any different taking this but have to trust the research. I haven't had any negative side-effects from it.

To Ubiquinol or To Not Ubiquinol
Unfortunately, this is one of those supplements I can't tell the difference between taking and not taking. However, I keep taking it.
Although, I only put this in my supplement tray for Mon. / Wed. & Fri. --
I don't want to not take it -- Becase it may very well be as great as it's supposed to be. I have read extensively about the benefits of ubiquinol. Which's why I added it to my favorites list.....

I've been taking COQ10 for several years. A couple years ago I read about ubiquinol being a more digestable form. I purchase from Swanson because of the price and Consumer Labs reports that Swanson sells good products.

Bioavailable CoQ10
I switched from CoQ10 to Ubiquinol two years ago and achieved the same results with one fourth the dose. My mother knew within three days that something was missing when I intentionally omitted Ubiquinol from her daily supplements.
