Nicely Surprised
I often have issues sleeping through the night. Taking the Melatonin has made a big difference in that even though I can sometimes wake mid-sleep, I find it much easier to fall back into slumber rather than toss and turn... Very happy about that!

A bedtime must have!!
A must have, non habit forming supplement that gets you relaxed and ready for sleep at the end of the day. Won't knock you out and keep you asleep if you might have to get up in the middle of the night with a baby or something along those lines. Love it

I fall asleep easily now!
This Triple strength Melatonin really works. I manage to get to sleep easily where I used to lay and toss & turn for 1 1/2 - 2 hrs. Very good value.

Swanson Ultra 10 mg Melatonin
Sleep is now easier with these 10 mg Melatonin capsules. Just wish I could get this in a timed release formula. These promote wonderful sleep and I am grateful to have these. I won't be without the 10 mg caps!

I thought all 10 mg pills were extended release. This one is not, so it does not work for me. Will be returning it. Even with bogo, it is not valuable to me.

A great product to used with GABA
I have been using this product for over two years, and seldom have trouble falling asleep with it. I take this with GABA, and fall asleep quickly. This product's price and quality makes it a good value, even when compared to the competition!

Great Stuff
Had a lot of issues with sleeping through the night. Was recommended by my mom. Has helped a lot. If I wake in the night I find it easy to fall back to sleep. I also get well rested sleep with this product.

Does what is intended
I have used this product, often with the
Swanson Triptophan - both from Swanson. 2 for 1 deals make it an even greater value. Doesn't "put" me to sleep, but certainly helps me "get" to sleep once abed. I sleep soundly through the night and wake refreshed.

Very Effective

This is the most effective product I have used. It leaves you feeling refreshed and well rested after a very comfortable, deep nights sleep. I have recommended this melatonin product to several friends and family with the same results for them. I now include an extra bottle for them when I reorder for myself.
