Fabulous results
I have to say I'm really shocked at how well this product works. I went from having months of restless nights to having virtually none at all. It does exactly what it says. 30 minutes before you're ready to sleep and 30 minutes later that's exactly what I can do and fall asleep quickly, stay asleep longer. The part I appreciate the most is that there is no morning grogginess like I have with all the other sleep aids I've tried. I'm so glad I read the reviews and decided to give this a try. I've enjoyed it so much I recommend it to my coworkers and friends who have trouble sleeping. Its working for them as well.

Great product
I read melatonin is great for helping you to sleep. I have tried all the pm products but they irratate my stomach.I thought i'd give these a try and by god they work great. An awsome product.

Seems to help me sleep better when I need it. Often I would wake up after an hour or so after going to bed and have a hard time getting back to sleep. When taking this, that does not seem to happen and while sometimes I will awake in 4-5 hours, more so I sleep a full 7 hours.

Nicely Surprised
I often have issues sleeping through the night. Taking the Melatonin has made a big difference in that even though I can sometimes wake mid-sleep, I find it much easier to fall back into slumber rather than toss and turn... Very happy about that!

A bedtime must have!!
A must have, non habit forming supplement that gets you relaxed and ready for sleep at the end of the day. Won't knock you out and keep you asleep if you might have to get up in the middle of the night with a baby or something along those lines. Love it

I fall asleep easily now!
This Triple strength Melatonin really works. I manage to get to sleep easily where I used to lay and toss & turn for 1 1/2 - 2 hrs. Very good value.

Swanson Ultra 10 mg Melatonin
Sleep is now easier with these 10 mg Melatonin capsules. Just wish I could get this in a timed release formula. These promote wonderful sleep and I am grateful to have these. I won't be without the 10 mg caps!

I thought all 10 mg pills were extended release. This one is not, so it does not work for me. Will be returning it. Even with bogo, it is not valuable to me.

A great product to used with GABA
I have been using this product for over two years, and seldom have trouble falling asleep with it. I take this with GABA, and fall asleep quickly. This product's price and quality makes it a good value, even when compared to the competition!

Great Stuff
Had a lot of issues with sleeping through the night. Was recommended by my mom. Has helped a lot. If I wake in the night I find it easy to fall back to sleep. I also get well rested sleep with this product.
