If you are a G & C user this is one of the better values out there. I haven't found this to be more or less effective than other brands but it is usually quite a bit less expensive.

A hard to find product
I was so happy when I found this product. It is always at a good price, and the shipping is always a convenience. I will order this product for years to come.

Affordable supplement
Since my husband and I started taking these and I have started an exercise program, we both feel our joints are feeling better.

Not very effective
I perceived less effectiveness with this product. Instead I recommend Swanson's Glucosamine/Chondroit. 500/400.

Definitely can tell a difference in walking and exercise when taking. Taking twice a day is very convenient as well

Unsatisfied
I have bought a G & C product in the past and was very satisfied with it. I just bought this product thinking it would be better, but it wasn't. I like the one I previously bought.

Great product, great value
I've been taking these for more than a year. It is the most convenient form for the recommended dose. Some other brands make you take 6 pills to get the same dose you get with these in 2 pills. I take one in the morning and one in the evening - easy! I really notice a difference if I don't take them for a few days. Highly recommended.

always dependable
I have been taking Glucosamine/Chondoitrin for over fifteen years now; this Swanson Ultra has helped me a lot in all my activites especially my knitting and crocheting. No problem anymore!

good for the eldly
I bought it for my 87 years old mother. After taking twice a day, she said : it is more comfortable and easier to go up& downstairs!
But the size is too big to swallow.

Lots of little pieces
I don't know how to rate the effectiveness of this brand compared to others, but I do know that these caplets break up very easily in the bottle, and I have lots of small chunks in with whole caplets. I won't buy this one again.

Finally, I seem to have found. . .
. . . the right G&CS formula for me. I do believe that I have tried almost every Swanson joint health product. I have had no- to mediocre-results, until I tried this formula with Cynatine FLX. This combo, for me, works!! The price is reasonable; the results are very good.

Would not be without it
I have taken other Glucosamine & Chondroitin Sulfate products and none works as well as the Timed Release. Cannot operate without it. Make sure I never run out of this product.
