I've switched to this. I get measurable energy results with Swanson's Ultra Super Fruit Extract. It has a lot of 'fashion fruits' that are the latest fad but that isn't the reason I tried it. I was looking for a super-nutrient fruit concentrate that gave me a more energetic day. I take one of these twice, once with b'fast and again about 4-5 hours later. So I have reordered this. I am taking it in order to supplement my daily diet since I don't consume a lot of fruits daily. My goal was to avoid all the sugars of some fruits since I am getting a weight problem. I used to take Swanson Formula Green Foods Fruit4Life, and even though I'm sure i was getting antioxidants and other great nutrients, there was no boost of any sort as I'd expected with such concentrations. So I tried Super Fruit Extract and am more pleased with it. So there you go, this is what has been helpful for me and less effective for me. June 4, 2010
