very affective product
I found this product to perform very well when taken as a dietary supplement. I would reccommend it to anyone as a safe, effective, source of SAM-E and at a very reasonable cost compared to other sources I’ve used in the past. I also love the fact that it is available in the blister packs which only exposes the product at the time of use.

Making it part of my regimine
After taking SAME for a few weeks, I realized that some negative occasional moods, dissappeared.
Those moods haven't returned. I always thought they were physical. SAME works well for me.

great stuff
Compared to years past, I feel magnificent! No bad side effects at all, no drug interactions to worry about, great quality. just watch the manufactured date. Seems to lose potency after a year.

Perfect Dosage
Tried other brands- most don't come in 200mg dosage. One per day just seems to keep things even.

Can't beat Swanson's prices on this item. It's also effective at supporting a good mood and (little known fact) also works to improve joint mobility. SamE is good for so many different things, that whatever you may be taking it for comes with a huge range of benefits.

Good Product
I was told to get this for my dog by his vet. When looking into cost for SAMe I found Swanson to be the best value and quality. I even recommended this to my sister and she is very happy with this product also.

Different For Everyone
Do your on-line homework before purchasing SAM-e. It's quite powerful for some people, and it can have a strong effect. Many on-line reviewers of various brands have had negative effects.
It worked fine at first, but now even a 200 mg. tablet will cause anxiety, and have a negative effect. This is not Swanson's fault, however. It would be nice to find SAM-e in much lower dosages, as it is difficult and ill-advised to cut the enteric-coated tablets. The price on this product at Swanson's is VERY good.

this product is amazing
I would have never believed that taking one or two of these could maintain some bouyancy in life for me. I was feeling down and blue after some tough times, then a friend recommended this as a good supplement to try to lift my mood. I was blown away by its effectiveness. Now I have them on hand but don't need to take them as often. They're great thoroughly recommend!

Great product & best value!
I turned my husband onto SAM-e a year ago, and it changed his life. He's a musician, and you know how they stay up late! He's been completely reinvigorated since taking SAM-e regularly, and now he turns his friends on to it! It's hilarious to watch these hard-partying musicians turn into health nuts! :) One-by-one they've switched from unhealthy energizers to this - fantastic!
We usually turn them onto Swanson's in-house brand too, since we've found it to be the best value anywhere. Stock up - and remember to take your B vitamins with it, if you take SAM-e regularly - it recycles the homocysteine. Enjoy!

Swanson SAMe is SUPER!
I have been using Swanson Ultra SAMe for years and it is amazing! Besides being beneficial for joint health my mood has been positively impacted.
I take 400mg a day and I'm very rarely in a bad mood. It's a natural enzyme in our body which depletes as we age and has been throughly researched...especially in England. It's the first thing I take in the morning!

Sam-e
Excellent value, priced way below most healthfood stores or supermarkets. Have been useing Sam-e for years, both for mood- leveling and joint support. Packaging is a bit cumbersome if you have arthritic hands.

Great product
I've been taking SAM-e for almost a year. It minimizes the stress at work and gives me a feeling of well being. The quality and value of Swanson's product can't be beat! At about 1/3 the price it makes me feel smarter too.
