Not for me
I began using the product about a month ago. After a few weeks, I've decided to discontinue taking it because it seems to be the cause of my edginess, crying at the drop of a hat, and irritability. Since discontinuing the product, I've returned to my old sweet self.

Didn't Work for Me
I took three pills per day for two months. I didn't see any effectiveness with this product. I'm 67 and my mental abilities are slowing down so I was hoping to see some improvement.

Best for the Buck
We have found Swanson's brand as good as our favorite other brand and superior to most others.

PS 100mg
I like the 100mg. choice because I only want to take 200 - 300mg. per day, and this way, I have flexibility.
Many other companies only offer 500mg.,750mg., or 1000mg., and that is more than I want to take.
I have felt sharper mentally since I have taken the PS.
Just wish PS was easier to spell :)

You know when you are feeling "stupid". That's when I realize I have not been taking phosphatidylserine. As soon as I am back on them regularly, I notice no more stupid. Swanson brand is $10 cheaper than another brand I was using with the same good results. Get it, use it, relax.

Tried and true
How do I love thee, PS, let me count the ways. This is superior for cognitive health, in my experience. We start every day with a 100 mg "PS" softgel. Believe me, Swanson has a much better product and a considerably better price than the health food stores.

Super boost!

Amazing!
I've been using this product for a month now and have lost inches around my mid-section. I've had to buy new pants since my old ones were falling off.

still working on it
Using in conjunction w/ SW1095, SWU 110, SW1128, with good results. I use twice daily. It's an ongoing process, but I'm sharp, clear w/ steady focus. Will update, as I plan to give this a long trial. It's not cheap, but I love myself & want quality of life as I age. Swanson helps me do it.

better than ginkgo
I use to take ginkgo biloba for my memory but found PS to be far superior. I see the difference when I don't take PS so it proves to me that it works. I really do remember far more (names are easier to remember, dates, etc.) when I take my PS. My only problem is the cost but since it works, I can justify spending the money on PS.

Good product
I use this product with the Ultra Herbal Extract Memory Complex . I took them for several months and didnt feel like I was seeing much difference, so I stopped using them. That was when I realized what a difference they were making. I now use them both daily as directed and love the support I get from these products.

Clear headed

Clearer Mind
Just one a day for me produces a mild calming affect, no drowsy, and clear sharp mind. Very few supplements for me produce an affect with just one, this does! It seems also to slightly increase my testoserone, making me feel more manly.

great for memory
I experience get very scattered thinking if I'm tired or have too many things to think about. I heard long ago that Phosphatidylserine is really good for the brain and started taking 1 per day. I definitely notice a difference. If I took 2 per day, it would really help. I find that my recall of past information is much better. I like Swanson's brand because of price and effectiveness. It may not affect everyone the same way but I've had good results from it. It still helps to be rested and keep things simple.
