Very good
I love that it is in a capsule instead of a pill because I have trouble swallowing. I also like that it has Vitamin D included.

Alternative source of calcium
I have an allergy to cow's milk protein and so milk derived calcium supplements do not do well with me, and I don't get the benefit of the calcium from them and need something alternative. This stuff is suitable.

Love this product
I recently read about eggshell calcium and that it was the best sort of calcium to take. I started to make my own powder as have chickens but this product is so good and easy to take with added Vit D that I will stick with these capsules and not make my own anymore. Easy to swallow and very low cost - a great product.

A great option for a natural Calcium
Yes, Calcium Carbonate is the type that occurs in eggshells... same with algae and all other natural sources. I've accepted that if you want natural, you get Calcium Carbonate, but I know there are better absorbed forms that come from a lab.
Regardless, this is a great cost for the Calcium, but it would be better to have some Magnesium and other stuff to help the absorption.

Calcium in this product is a carbonate which is not easily abosrbable.
