The Best Supplement I've ever used
I bought this supplement a week ago. COmbined itu with Acetyl L-carnitine. Try to use it before I played tennis yesterday. And I really amazed with the result. I feel much more energy, never felt this way before with any other vitamins or suplement I've ever used. Thanks to Swanson for the great value of this product since the supplement here is much more expensive..

Arginine AKG
The AKG version is more effective than the regular version of arginine. I take it before workouts and can tell the pump that I get from the AKG version is a lot more noticeable.

Nitric oxide enhancer
Recently added this supplement to my weight lifting diet. I have noticed the same and even harder muscle pumps as some of the expensive pre work out supplements I take. I have not been using pre work out since I bought akg. Benefits are noticeable when I'm running on the treadmill too. Increased endurance and stamina. Im going to keep ordering this all next year. What an awsome find.

Works, but produces whopper headaches--beware
I'm reviewing this supplement not because I believe it is bad in any way. I am one of the folks who is sensitive to vasodilators and arginine produces in me a nasty, long-lasting headache that does not respond to normal headache remedies. I think it is a fine product and a great value, but just realize that if you are sensitive to it, it can be remarkably unpleasant. I think for a pre-workout regimen, it works as intended--and works well.

Energy boost for weight lifters
Actually bought this by mistake. When I received my order and found this AKG in my order, I said WTF? Anyways, thought I would just use it up per directions. Lo and behold, I found my weight-lifting and workout sessions were stronger. Its not power of suggestion, because I did not know what this stuff was supposed to do. Then I went back and read the reviews on this product. I agree with the reviews. I will make this product a regular order item.

BEST BUY
! have felt much better since I stated using arginine. It was expence at the health store and was sold as a mans product. I found this product in swanson's catalog with the enhancement and tried it. It was far better that the store bough product at about half the price. Upon doing some research on the product I found that it has many health benefits and my wife now uses it too.

top-notch supplement
a top-5 supplement in my book. noticeably more effective than every other L-Arginine product i've used in the past. does everything i want from L-Arginine, quickly and without any problems. i've been using it for about 3 months and it continues to impress me.

Worth IT!!
If you are buying this thinking you are getting Nitric Oxide, you are wrong. This product ENHANCES the production of nitric oxide. I use this every time I work out. I take 2 about 30 min before working out. You are not going to be able to lift a train after you take this, but what you will be able to do is go longer and stronger. You will see and fell the difference. I gave a half a bottle to a co-worker and he is now buying them. In two weeks he has gone from 60 lb dumbell flys to 90 lbs. It doesn't make you stronger, it helps you last longer to get stronger. You still have to work out but now you can go longer and harder with less exhaustion.

Not Working
I have read all the good things about AKG, it being more bioavailable, etc. and I was using this as a replacement for L-Arginine. After taking for a couple of months found that it did nothing for NO stimulation. I just retested with the same results, zero. Back to L-Arginine.

Disappointment
I purchased to see if it could benefit me in any positive way. I read the reviews here and elsewhere to learn more. The results are in, it has done nothing at all. I feel exactly the same, as I did before. Not worth it, save your money.
