The BEST!
I've taken this supplement for years and it's the best that I've found anywhere. I've been weightlifting for over 40 years and I know this helps my joints stay "lubricated" and strong. I would recommend this supplement to just about anyone! The gelatin "cap" is also very easy to swallow.

Swanson Ultra joint care with glucosamine, msm & C
I do lots of research for a living--so I do a lot of research in other parts of my life. The jury seems to out the effectiveness of the 3 ingredients--but I've been using them for over 10 years--works for me.
Helps keep my joint juices working allowing me to be athletic. I especially like this product because it's a gelcap--starts working quickly.

one way to tell ,for me,how well this product works is to be without it for 2 weeks..after that happened, i never ran out again...it helps my hip joint...

A Runner's review
As a runner i know my joints take a pounding, i've taken other joint care supplements,but I truly believe this formula keeps me going. I stopped taking them for a 2week period and i could feel quite a difference in my joints, i highly recommend them and will continue buying this great product.

Most effective yet
My husband has been taking other Glucosamine, MSM, Chondroitin joint support complexes, but he says this one works better for him than all the others.

Better than anything on the market
I'd been taking these for a year or so, loved them, but wanted to switch to an organic herbal supplement. Man, big mistake. I just switched back, and my fingers and toes are thanking me. Great price - totally worth it.

This Stuff Works !!

Joint Supplement
A friend of mine got me started on Osteo Bi-Flex a few years ago and I thought they were good. But, as time goes on, there price keeps going on, so I started looking for an alternative and I think I've found it. I've only been taking for a short time, but I think these are actually better than Osteo Bi-Flex.

didn't work for me
I usually love Swanson products, but I didn't feel this did anything at all for me. I am sticking with their wonderful flaxseed oil products.
