IP-6
I have always loved the quality of the product I receive from Swanson. I had heard about IP-6 from a well known talk show host and decided to try it. It appears to give energy and mental clarity. I expected to feel results over time. However, 30 minutes after trying this product, I found that it had a positive effect on my mental and physical energy after a long day of work. great supplement
i take 2 capsules every 4 hours which is 12 caps or 6 grams per day. i sure like the product. i heard about it from a guest on the Coast to Coast AM broadcast. my thanks to the girl who mentioned IP-6.

1st review
So far I have liked all of the Swanson supplements that I have purchased. Only been taking supplements, other then multi-vitamins, for almost 2 months. FYI for all you chemistry geeks: the IP-6 does have inositol in it. The I stands for "Inositol", the 6 is for "hexa", and the P is for "Phospate". Therefore IP-6 stands for Inositol 6-phospate:.

good but..
I ordered this because it says ip-6 & inositol on the label, BUT when i got it Inositol ISNT on the label....so if your looking for that combination, this doesnt have it! i called swanson & they say its not on it any longer, sure because that combination is patented! false label!

Great Purchase
I bought this for my wife and it has turned out to be very effective, a tremendous product, and great value, I have combined it with swanson's cats claw supplement to equal Cell Forte Max's similar product, but both together are still cheaper than Cell forte, recommend it to anyone.
