Not for me
For me, this product gave me GI problems. I had decreased dosage from 2 to 1 at a time; then to just 1 a day. It still caused the problems though not as severe.

Effective
Been using this 1 week, will try and come back in a month and write more.
The very first evening I took this it began cleaning me out. (About 3-4 hours later) I've been taking this right at the end of my evening meal. I'm feeling less bound up.
Far too early to speak of weight loss or any other effects, but cleaning me out and keeping me regular is worth the price alone.

Good product
I believe this product is quite decent, but I didn't seem to notice that much of a difference. I'm also taking several other supplements along with these and I don't know if that makes a difference or not. I would still recommend these if you feel you need to take apple cider vinegar.

This is what I needed
I've been using Apple cider vinegar for quite sometime but I just hate the smell and the taste. I didn't know Swanson makes in capsule type. I was pretty excited when I found this. I can pop in to my mouth and get the same result.
I'm all happy about this :D

Not sure
I cant say I had any noticeably results while taking these pills. I can say though that they do smell and taste vinegary so its a little unpleasant.

Easy to Use
I get all the benefit of the liquid without having to carry around a bottle. I love this stuff!

I would recommend
This product is the best I have ever tried, and it is easy to go down. The smell is slight so not enough to make it hard to take. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for good quality ACV

Since using this product, it seems to have boosted my metabolism because I am unable to get a lot of exercise and it has been easier to maintain my weight.

great value
I have taken apple cider vinegar before, but decided to try the higher potency. Capsules large, but I have had no problems taking them. I am very happy with the results & definitely plan to reorder.

this product is very good i tried the vinegar before and didn't like the taste it was awful but taking this capsules is so much better noticed i lost a couple of pounds....:)

Stomach upset
AFter reading all the great reviews on these I was excited to order. However they caused extreme stomach upset for me. I felt like a ton of bricks were sitting in my stomach after taking these. Returning

This product works with burning fat. I have lost 5 pounds in 1 week. I take it 3 times a day. I exercise 5 days a week and walk when I can. I found I have more energy than before. Doing more around the house. This is a great supplement and I even ordered a second one. Try it with exercise, walking and diet. You will see a change. Thank you Swanson.

It is what it is...
I take 2 caps twice a day between meals, and I got the desired results. Using this product with the green coffee extract, and also the bitter orange extract every day. I lost 7 to 8 lbs this past month, along with making minor changes in my dietary intake. I've been on the thin side all of my life until now, in my late 50s, addressed a small gain before it would become a "bigger" gain!

Works!
After taking these, I have felt much better after eatting food. I convinced my husband who eats nothing but junk to take them. His first day in, they flushed his system out quite thoroughly, he has been taking them since.

I Like This Product!
I began using this product over two years ago on the advice of a friend, and I find that it has helped me to feel good and improve my energy level. I feel even better about the fact that it's a natural product, and also that it's available in capsule form. No need to take the liquid apple cider vinegar!

Pill for is way better than liquid! There is no taste, or aftertaste. I use along with my diet and exercise and believe it helps.

Apple Cider in a capsule!
I have always wanted to drink apple cider. Seriously, but every time I buy the actual cider and then pour myself 8 ounces, I just about puke trying to even come close to chugging it. This is so much better. It's like a horror film compared to a child's cartoon.
Yes, you open it up and it smells like vinegar, strongly. Be careful when handling the caps. Make sure your hands are dry or you wash right afterwards, I did have some acidic stinging from holding 3 caps in my hand for an extended period of time, about 10 minutes, and my hands were not very dry, so it's completely my fault, BUT I wouldn't want the caps any less potent. They work GREAT! Especially right before a heavy meal with a full glass of water. I find that I eat less food. That I am not as hungry and that it helps me digestively with those heavy meals. I will make sure and buy a couple of extra bottles around the holidays!

Apple Cider Vinegar Convert
I ordered this product on a whim & I'm glad I did! I'd read about the many benefits of taking apple cider vinegar, but I worried about the potential effects of the acid on my teeth. This product solves that issue.
The capsules definitely have a strong vinegar smell, but that's to be expected. I've been taking this product for a couple of weeks & have already noticed positive results. I wish I'd started taking these sooner!
