A Great Product
I swear by glyconutrients ( Essential Sugars), when compared to the price of other glyconutrients, Swanson's Essential Sugar Complex is a true value.
However due to the fact that I normally take larger amounts of glyconutrients daily I would love to see Swanson make this supplement in a larger milligram per dose or bottle containing more than just 60 caps...otherwise this is a great product.

The right sugars are so important
I used to take other brands of essential sugars but they got to expensive, these seem to be just as good at half the price

Can't do without it
This product is one supplement I can't do without. I started out several years ago with the expensive powder version. This product is so affordable and seems to have the full effect of the more expensive brand. My neurologist is investigating glyconutrients after seeing the remarkable difference it has made in me. If you are wondering if you should be taking a dietary supplement but can't figure out of all the supplements out there what should I be taking. If in doubt this is the one you should be taking. You will see and feel the difference. Not in a dramatic way but in good health. You'll be at work when others aren't.

essential sugars complex
This is a great product for me who doesn't always eat a proper diet. This product feeds your cells so your cells can start communicating with all the other cells that protect your immune system. I have been on this product for two years and I feel great, physically better, more energy. Great all around health. If there is one draw back on this product, the bottle is to small. 60 count only. The bottle must be at least 120 count.

Excellent product
Use this product every day with no side effects such as constipation. Have recommended it to everyone I talk to about glyconutrients. Everyone should take this daily for overall good health.

I found that the addition of Manipol was constipating, something I had previously found was common with Manipol supplementation in the opinion of others as well.
