easy to swallow I hate my glucosamine-condroitinand msm pills cause they are so big and hard to swallow. Never have trouble with the Folic Acid and B12 capsule. Convenient too, with both in same capsule. Wish they had all the pills in smaller sizes, as you aged, just get's harder to swallow bigger size. April 25, 2013
