I can thll an increase in muscle mass taking DIM wity DHEA. DHEA is a precursserto hormones. If taken with DIM it will make the DHEA produce more testosterone Thats where muscle mass comes freom. adams471

Calcium content
Under "Other Ingredients," the first ingredient is calcium carbonate. I called Swanson as to the amount of calcium in each calcium. There is 100 mg per capsule. This should be disclosed on the label and isn't. I personally don't need any more calcium in my diet. I've been trying to keep it around 1000 mg as a male.

masters endurance athletes
seems to be a decent product. taking it based on a recommendation from Andy Pruitt (medical info for cyclist) He recommends DIM for masters level tri athletes and cyclist.
would be nice if it was bottled in a higher count.

This product is amazing and well worth the money. i just wish they sold it in a bigger size. I purchased 2 bottles and will have to buy more pretty soon.

LOVE IT
After a few days I notices a feeling of calmness and well being. Do I Love the way I feel, yes. Recommended it to my neighbor and she had the same results. I am in my early 60s.

Dim complex
I have taken the dim complex for a little while now. I feel healthy overall and it's nice to know that this supplement helps me to get all of the veggies that I wouldn't normally eat on a daily basis. And the value is amazing! Thanks Swanson!

Great product
I have more energy and have noticed a measurable decrease in body fat and increase is muscle mass. Of course, this must be combined with proper diet and exercise regimes to optimize effectiveness. This product is just another bow in the quiver, yes. Steer clear of the ho-ho's and ding-dongs.

BioDIM is the best DIM. Period.
I was pleased to discover that Swanson offers a BioDIM supplement at a very reasonable price. DIM is extremely important for the handling of estrogen in women and men too. BioDIM is the only kind of DIM that is documented to be bio-available in the body. As a 50 year old man I've done my research on why I need it. It's a MUST HAVE in my daily supplement routine.

Dim Plus vs Dim Complex
To reviewer of Dim Plus vs Dim Complex and anyone interested in comparing dosages. Dim Plus contains 100 mg per 1 pill. Dim Plus contains 100 iu per 2 pills. So Dim Plus is far less costly. The reviewer may have not taken dosages per pill into account. The only concern I have is whether Dim Complex is as effective. But the supplement states it has the same Bio Response absorption.

Swanson Ultra DIM
Tried instead of Nature's Way DIm-Plus (which I also buy from Swanson). The bottles offer only a couple weeks supply. The dosage for me worked out to 3 pills a day (one in AM and two in PM). The Nature's Way takes two pills AM and PM). But the Nature's Way comes in 120 pill bottles so don't have to order as often.

Not to sure once i looked at the lable
The label on this product says that there is 100mg of Bio-DIM.
However if you look closer it says that there is only 25% DIM in the "Bio-DIM"
Im thinking this means that their is only 25mg of actual DIM per cap.
This is a little confusing and not appreciated

hot flashes
I don't know if this will work for everyone but within a few days I no longer have flashes. I feel so much better since taking this. I am ordering more.

Great Product!
I tried this product after reading the excellent reviews here and doing my own research. Would definitely recommend to any man over 50. Not a cure all, but I have experienced quantifiable benefits from this product. At this price, this is a no brainer as part of my everyday supplement plan.
