Very good for your bones
I have used Coral Calcium for years. I am 74 and my Chriopractor says I have the toughest bones he has ever adjusted. I take no meds. I jump rope, stretch, do palate and walk. I maintain a half acre yard and my home. Swanson makes a great product and I have used their supplements for years. ; )

SEA-WORTHY
I have used Coral Calcium for a number of years. I like Swanson's Coral Calcium, naturally a 2:1 ratio with Magnesium, as well as any. Swanson's price, as usual is far less than the others. Coral Calcium is my favorite 'pill' form of Calcium. My results prove to me that it is easily assimilable. I take 4 capsules at bedtime. I also like that this is a sustainable product doing no harm to living coral reefs.

Easy To Swallow
I am using this product for the reported benefits. Previously, I was using a similar formulation from another company but the pills were nearly impossible to swallow due to their size. Consequently, I did not use that product regularly. I believe this product also digests/breaks down better than the previous product and therefore my system is getting more of the benefits.

Trusted Swanson name compared to similar product
My husband had been taking a very expensive Cal-Mag that was a part of an entire program sold under someone's name but the items all came from different manufacturers.
Not only is this item comparable in composition, the price here is 1/4th what we paid for the "program" Cal-Mag.
I use my own judgement when told that "program" supplements work best together but yet they come from different manufacturers. I know and trust Swanson's quality - higher price does not mean better quality in Swanson's case and my husband is now satisified with it as well.

Love this stuff!
I was taking coral calcium long before it became a "fad." it naturally contains a wide spectrum of minerals, all in proper natural skeletal proportion because it comes from coral skeletons which are proper proportions to what our skeletons contain too. I became familiar with "coral calcium" years ago in the forms of coral sand and also dry powdered form which I used for my living coral reef aquariums to supply calcium and minerals to the water so the live coral has what it must have to grow. It would not overdose the aquariums nor cause calcium and other minerals to crash (precipitate out of the water from overdosing) as some other aquarium supplements do. I thought about it and thought, "Why wouldn't it be just as good for me???" I tried it, I liked it. I still take the powder at bedtime and first thing in the morning (simply stirred into a 1/4 cup of water - down the hatch) but I take Swanson's brand to work with me for an afternoon non-messy dose in pill form. Neither my coral reef aquariums nor I would be without it.

Coral Calicum
A lot of people say that Coral Calicum is no better than other forms of calicum. Who knows, only time will tell. I have tried ALL forms, and the Calicum Citrate is a LOT cheeper than the Coral, but if it's on sale I always stock up on it. In the long run, I think it is worth the extra $$$.

This calcium complex is excellent quality and price point. It is of excellent quality because the coral is marine based and it is balanced with magnesium which allows it to absorb much easier into the body. It also has trace metals and the marine bacteria which has shown better absorption and thus better benefits for health.

Excellent Combination
I really like this combination. The Calcium to Magnesium ratio is right on. The Vitamin D has many benefits as well. The natural coral with 73 trace minerals really completes this supplement. Great product! Great price!

Love this product
This is an awesome product. I have taken calcium supplements for years and this is the most easily digested with no ill-effects. There is no "adjustment" period to "get your body used to" the product. I definitely recommend it.
