Great enzyme blend
Even though the price isn't great, the blend of enzymes and the amount of them in each capsule is really quite good. Works well for me.

Very good product !!
This BIO CORE enzyme is a good enzyme in that it breaks down a more variety of foods than most enzymes do. The only downside that I personally have is that I have to take two for a larger type of meal that includes more meat. Little pricey but still a good product !!

This is a small capsule (easy to swallow), works exceptionally well and is a good value.

I take a lot of enzymes and this one appears to be a very good one. Mid-range price would be nice to get volume discount. I would like to have a larger bottle 90 caps don't go far

Eureka!
After many years of searching, I finally found these enzymes that work effectively and that don't cause an allergic reaction! I can't take bromelain or papaya enzymes, but these enzymes are great for my digestion since they don't contain these ingredients. I have compared prices with other enzyme brands and these are a very good buy---and when Swanson has them on sale it's even better!

Ultimate Full Spectrum Enzymes
Would not recommend to a dog. Very poor product, in comparison to other product of similar formula. This was a waste of money. Don't waste yours.

Full Spectrum Enzyme
Great tiny little capsule. I like that this enzyme is especially for Gluten absorption. I take this enzyme along with another plant enzyme for good digestive results at a great price.

Helps digestion
I firmly believe that enzymes help with digestion. This enzyme has the right name: Optimum complete. It has a full spectrum of enzymes in each capsule. I take one before every meal.

Small Difference Noticed
I am eating 7 high protein (30-40g) meals per day and taking these 3 times per day (specifically with the whey mixed with gemma pea protein shakes I ingest in the morning and post workout (both with oats) as well as the casein protein shake I eat at night). I have been taking this supplement for 6 weeks as of this review.
I would say it is only partially effective when eating this way (mostly stemming from the lactase in it). It is worth a try for those of you eating less meals as I am assuming you will get better results.

Fabulous Find
I've used aggressive enzyme therapy for myself and my daughter for about 3 years. This is an excellent product, comparable to the very high priced products we previously used to great effect. None of the other discount-priced brands have come close. We are saving about $60 a month by switching to the Biocore products from Swanson. Don't forget to checkout the Biocore DPP-IV and Dairy formulas. Hey swanson - how about a formula for phenols and one for fats?

Exactly What I Was Looking For
I have an intolerance to Bromelain, which is in nearly every digestive enzyme formula I could find. I searched a lot of places and happily found this one at Swanson. It's exactly what I wanted and I will continue to order it every month.

As usual, best value, high quality
A lot of digestive enzymes are 1) very expensive and/or 2) upset my stomach. These enzymes compare with the only over-the-counter brand I can take and are $8 less per bottle and every bit as good.
