Great for CC. I have celiac disease and take these whenever I eat out and am concerned about cross-contamination. I've found them to be very effective for that. I would never intentionally consume gluten with these enzymes, but they're wonderful for situations where there is a risk of consuming trace amounts. mostly very good These are the best value for anti-gluten enzymes. I use them to protect myself against environmental gluten and take dozens each day. They work very well. It would be really helpful to have them available as a powder so that it is easier to take a lot at once. March 12, 2013

Helpful I've been following a gluten free diet for about 2 months. While on vacation, I used the gluten enzyme tablets whenever there were 'unknowns' in my meals.
