I have decided to try this product instead of traditional calcium products, it seems that it would have better overall benefits. So far so good.

Preferred over calcium carbonate and oyster shell

Aquamin Sea Minerals
Minerals are just as important as vitamins. May be more so because your body can't make one mineral.
Minerals from the sea should have all the minerals necessary in a form the body can use.

Good product
I just like and believe in the benefits of sea minerals. The need for additional minerals in my diet lead me to choose this product. I use a fish emulsion fertilizer in my organic garden and the plants grow and produce wonderful fruits and veggies so why wouldn't this type of thing benefit me.

Nice minerals
I have read about these minerals and the benefits is something I decided to incorporate into my diet. I have not noticed any physical change yet but I'm sure I am getting some great benefits at the cellular level for now.

Very happy with this product
I have been using this product successfully for the past 4 years. Absolutely the best calcium product I have ever used. I have had excellent results and will continue to use this safe and effective form of calcium.

Affordable and Good !
This is the 2nd time I have ordered this product for my whole family. It is really affordable and effective. I could see my nails growing fast and they are hard - not soft nails anymore.

Good find
This product seems to be of excellent quality at a very reasonable price. Although difficult to determine effectiveness over the short term, it is easy to take and has no unpleasant side effects. I feel it is a safe and healthful product and one I can afford to take for an extended time.

Great "Tooth Polish"
I take this internally, and I love it. I have another great use for it: First, I brush my teeth with regular toothpaste and rinse well. Then I open and pour a capsule of Aquamin Sea Minerals into a small disposable cup. I wet my toothbrush, dip it into the Aquamin powder, and I gently brush my teeth and gums with it. Instead of spitting out the residue, I swallow it. My teeth and gums love me for doing this!

ok i guess
I am disappointed because it was my intention to order something with gigartina in it. I don't have a condition that requires it, just read that it could be useful as immunity support. This popped up and was named the same thing but when I received it, I realized that I did not read the label on the monitor thoroughly enough.
I take it to add to the calcium content of my diet. I take different kinds with calcium from various sources. I don't know which works best for my body but I guess I have it covered on enough fronts.

Too early to tell yet!
I just started taking these so it is much too early to tell anything yet. Even though the pills are larger they are tapered on either end enabling them to go down very easily. I do hope the calcium gets absorbed better than just taking regular calc/mag.
