What Makes Chelated Mineral Glycinates So Superior? First we need to understand the chelation process. Chelation is the result of minerals becoming chemically bound to amino acids in a very specific manner. Chelation occurs naturally during the digestive process to facilitate transport of minerals across the intestinal wall so that they may be utilized throughout the body. Amino acids are not the only "chelators" available, but they are ideal for minerals. The body is very efficient at absorbing individual amino acids, and Albion has identified the amino acid glycine as the preferred molecule for creating organic chelated minerals. Glycine is readily identified and absorbed across the intestinal wall, and Albion's glycinate chelates are actually small enough to transport right into the cells themselves!

Best Calcium I constantly read expert and customer review about calcium suppliments because calcium is so important to us seniors. Only last year did I find that This form of calcium and magnesium is superior to others. It is more easily absorbed and utilized. I learned that magnezium is very important. Beats Pills anytime I have taken various Cal Mag supplements for years. Even though I wish the dosage of this closer to 1000mg/500mg level. This means taking 4 capsules a day according to the label I am use to taking one caplet a day. Taking it in capsule form makes sure its digested well and gets into my system as soon as it can.
