Excellent Product I started taking this because I read about the benefits in a health book. Then I was in to see the doctor for my check up, she asked if fI was taking any pills or supplements. Exceptional value, product This is an excellent combination of supplements, decreasing the # of pills needed. For those with genetic inability to utilize standard forms of folic acid and B12, this has both in methyl form. My energy level with methyl folate is distinctly improved. Good TMG dose is additional benefit and cost savings, with a 50 mg P5P bonus. June 11, 2012
