What's Not to Love? This stuff ain't cheap, but that's the only drawback that I can see: glucosamine HCL, chondroitin and hyaluronic acid all-in-one is a no-brainer. Just add a few grams of SWANSON MSM (now that's something that is available really cheap) and you're good to go. At least your joints may think so. I use them both daily and intend to continue this regimen. March 28, 2013

Purity is the key It's hard to judge a product like this. There are so many preparations of these compounds out there. In the past I have found some of them ineffective, or at least take very long to see results. I'm almost 60 and need help for joint health. Hyaluronic acid has worked well for me and continue to use it. I'm about 4 weeks with Acti-Joint and seem to have increased flexibility. I've taken up ZUMBA and the ladies say I have some moves!
