Great product
I have tried the 5-HTP from the drugstore and it didnt have as much effect as this extra strength one. This one is far better and stabilizes moods perfectly. I will continue to purchase this.

I love this product
This product not only helps me to sleep better, it made me lose 2Lbs. with out eating any differently. I wasn't trying to lose weight it is just a great positive side effect. You need to take 2 caps for a week or two in order to see results. So give it time to work. Swanson products are always high quality at a great price!

My L-Tyrosene companion!

Have used this for many years
I rotate this with L-tryptophane for sleep. I like the 5Htp because I can take it anytime and not have to avoid eating at the same time. It helps me sleep. I vary when I take it. For years I took it right before bed, then it started not working; so now I take it during the day.

Stress Buster !
5HTP really helps me beat the stress that comes along with being an elementary school teacher. I find that when taking the product I can shrug off the most stressful situations and even with a smile ! I am ordering more today , at such a great price I can't lose .

I am a 'older' university student whose mind is fine. However, I decided to try to 'mental health' supplements. Strong
I have always taken 5-htp. I found the extra strength really hurt my stomach. I did switch to regular strength and have no problem. I can really tell if I do not take. I am crabby crave carbs and overeat. 5-htp is a god send.

EXCELLENT & GOOD PRICE

Calms my life
For years I have had an inability to focus on somethings while over-focusing on others. Needless to say, it was very frustrating. I have found a new "level-ness" with 5 HTP. I do not have the wild swings and my wife loves the new me. The prices here at Swanson are way better than the retail stores in my area. Thanks for having this product.

Less drowsiness that Natrol Brand
Less side effects overall than other brands I've used. I always recommend starting with the 50 mg first. It may work as well and less is always better.

It takes a good month, but I've noticed a change in my eating habits. I'm not always looking for something to munch on thru-out the day. My husband wants to start with this because he sees the advantages it is having on me.

I think because we're all a little different, it's just hard to say if a product is right for us until we try it. I have recommended this to a friend and it did not agreed with her. I didn't noticed much help using it as well.

I took this product to help with my sleep, it works quite well and I am sleeping well. I notice that it also seems to improve over all mood. I would highly recommend this product for any one having difficulty sleeping.

Saw this on Dr. Oz. Took about 3 weeks to start working but even under stress I feel happy. Hasn't done much to curb my appetite, but who cares. I feel great.

a good days sleep
