Not Sure If It Works
I bought this vitamin because its is supposed to be good for men and their prostate but I am not sure if it really works, I think I will let my husband finish the bottle and then probably stop taking it for awhile.

only standardized for leaves
silicic acid comes from the leaves, the root component is not standardized, so if the action of the root is all that is needed, it is better to buy SW968. After investigating, I see that I was overpaying for the unstandardized root by buying SWH055.

Works Great!
I've tried both nettle root products and stinging nettle by itself and found this example with both root and leaves in a standardized formula to be the best.
I really noticed a difference when I ran out of this product! Some experts consider this a superfood. I seriously recommend it but don't overdo it. Just one capsule first.

It Helps
I think it was my friend who is a Master Herbalist who recommended stinging nettles to me. We were already customers of Swanson, so it was a matter of course that we would try their brand. I take it daily and it really seems to help. I can breath easier taking this product.
