No more hot flashes
I don't know if it was this or the Dong Quai or both because I started both (from Swanson) at the same time, but the intensity and frequency of hot flashes reduced dramatically within the first week. I am much more comfortable.

Works pretty good!
I haven't been taking this long enough to really feel long lasting benefits, but for the short time I've been taking them, they seem to be helping in balancing "female issues". So far no complaints!

great product!
My doctor recommended this, only by the Banyon Herbs company. They were out of it for a couple months, so I tried Swanson brand and it's 2-3 times less in cost. I'll continue to use this for women's "issues." Nice results!

Herbal Rejuvenator, oh, yes
