Olive benefits without the oil
Much of the benefits attributed to olive oil come from the polyphenols, and here you can easily get the polyphenols without any oil. However, it is a relatively large dose, more than you would get from normal olive oil consumption, so don't be surprised if you feel an effect that you wouldn't from normal olive consumption..
It took me a couple of weeks to get used to it, but I eventually did. At first it caused me to feel as if I was coming down with something, but now I feel better than ever.

A terrific supplement
You could simply take leaves from an olive tree and boil them up into a tea, but the stuff tastes awful!!! Much better, and easier, to take the capsules. I feel really, really good and I love taking a product that has been used for over 4000 years!!! And the price, as they say, is always right at Swanson!!!

good quality and affordability
This is a great buy! I find the olive leaf extract helps my immune system. I make sure I keep it at all times. To really find what it helps with type it in your search engine. I have been learning about natural herbs and have relied on olive leaf extract for myself and my family for about six years. I am so glad I found Swanson vitamins! The service is really good.
