A more constant energy level throughout the day
I have been using this and another fenugreek product that Swanson sells and will likely stick with this one as they both work equally well for me, but this product is a better price.
Both give me a more stable energy level throughout the day and possibly even some help in the bedroom. Something my lady jokingly complains I did not need any help with. :P
In all seriousness though, I have found fenugreek to be a good supplement and will be taking for years to come. I have tried a few supplements available here and this is the only one I have felt noticable results

A boost for over 60
I'm 62, and have explored Maca, Fo-Ti, Ginseng, and combination products, and always start well, and then hit the wall in about 4-6 weeks. Perhaps I needed to take them 4 or 5 days, and 2 or 3 days off. I'm having better success with this than Testofen, taking 1 after lunch and 1 after dinner. I am complementing it with Fucoidan, which is encouraging rejuvenation, so perhaps I don't need a strong supplement to encourage Testosterone production.

great product
This product is helping my strength.
I learned about it through the AgelessMale supplement on TV, which has fenugreek extract in it. Apparently, part of the bad testosterone is changed into good testosterone with fenugreek. I am hoping to lose some belly fat, but I might also need to do something like Ten Minute Trainer to get the desired effect. However, I have noticed my muscles being tighter and stronger just after taking the fenugreek extract, so I plan to take it long term. I take 1 capsule after breakfast and lunch. I tried a 3rd capsule in the afternoon, but I felt worse, not better, the next day, so I went back to the 2 capsules per day dose.

great fiber
Due to the limitations of what we can say on a review I really want to tell you that this is a very high-quality product and it is wonderful. I have found it useful for a variety of things, but finding it to be a good fiber is one that I think I can say. It is the highest quality that I can find, and the price it great.

It works.
I began using Fenugreek Extract in tandem with other supplements in order to better metabolize any and all sugars and starches I take in. I have been watching what I eat and I am gradually losing the excess weight I have been carrying around for the past four years. I highly recommend this.

Very Good
This product works very good and I am very happy with it. The cost is very reasonable too. It is standarized at 50% which makes more potent.

Refresh yourself
I feel sweeter, cleaner, and fresher when I use it. Goofy but true. Helps my digestion herbs work better.
