I have enjoyed Swanson´s Curcumin Complex for some years now. Wouldn´t want to live without it.
The added black pepper enhances curcumin´s efficiency, so this is a really superior product!

Works for me
I have tried other brands, but found that Swanson is the only one that has worked for me. I believe the Bioprene component , which helps with absorption,made the difference.

My favorite Herb
There are so many good things Curcumin has been shown to do, I wouldn't go without it, 2 a day 1 morning with food and 1 at night with food.

WOW WOW
I have been taking this for about five years, but when I heard of another benifit, I upped my dose from one a day to four a day. It does what it says on the internet. I can now make it thru my day without reaching for something else. I must say I was BLOWN AWAY how much this has helped me and my husband. Please try , I wish I could say why I am taking this. However, I will NEVER EVER be without it again. Let me also say , I CRY when I tell someone about it and what it has done for me. Thank you swanson for makin this at such a great price.

Not a clean product
This would be a superb product IF Swanson stopped using gelatin capsules -- for this and all encapsulated Swanson products. Gelatin comes from animals. The use of vegetable cellulose capsules is a cleaner and kinder practice.

TESTED BY CONSUMER LAB
The reason I gave this a 5 star is that it has been tested by Consumer Lab and listed as APPROVED
for the ingredients listed. I have been taking another Swanson tumeric product but will be switching to this one, even though the price is more. Because I use so many supplements, I have found if I am going to spend the money, I want what I am paying for.

Good product
Curcurmin isn't cheap, but it beats taking multiple scoops of turmeric to get the same quantity of Curcurmin.

Excellent product
Because this supplement is noted as one of the most valuable to good heart health, I have added it to my daily regimen. My latest annual check up showed my health is good.

Cost Effective
I use curcumin at least 3 times daily and it was important to me find a quality product that was appropriately priced. I saw the reviews for this product on Consumer Lab and I switched my brand after Consumer Labs showed that the brand I was using was identical to Swanson brand but for almost $20 less!

Seems to work....
I got this from a local store to see if it would help my husband, and it seemed to make a difference. So when he needed more, I went to Swanson (he hadn't wanted me to order it the first time because, he said, it would be easier to return it if it didn't work), and found a stronger version for $10 less. Needless to say, this makes me happy! Now I'm taking it too, and it seems to help.

My most important supplement
I'm 80years old. I have a challenging work out three times a week in the gym and ride a bicycle 8 to 20 miles every day . . . rain or shine. My immune system seems to be a lot better since I added Swanson's Curcumin complex as part of my daily supplement regiment a couple of years ago. I am on a very tight budget, but this is the last thing i would eliminate should I have to cut back because of economic restraint. I haven't found another Curcumin supplication anywhere that even comes close to the value of the Swanson Curcumin Complex. James L

Turmeric with black pepper
I purchased this product from Swanson after a bad experience with another website (substituted what I ordered for a totally different product). I was really please that the Swanson site has clear information, is easy to order from, prices are reasonable, and I was shipped exactly what I ordered. Love it!
Turmeric is widely sold without the black pepper, but needs the pepper for better absorption. Finding this product through Swanson was great. Will definitely order again.

Not Sure Yet
I've been taking two pills a day for over a month now and don't notice a difference. I've heard it takes a while to notice a change, so I am going to give it three months before I give it a thumbs up or a thumbs down.....I'll be back to comment then.

Fantastic
I think this is one of the most valuable supplements that is on the market today. Dr. Mercola recommends this and I agree, but this is the best price around.

Good Spice

An Excellent Formulation
I"m glad we made the switch to this product from turmeric a few months ago although it wasn't until I switched the timing and the other synergictic supplement combination that we could see a dramatic effect - in other words - we could see that it made a difference. My husband commented on that this afternoon.
I'm restricted from discussion why but suffice it to say, we will not be letting our supply of Swanson's Curcumin Complex run low.
My only regret is the capsule size. Just a tad larger than he can swallow easily.

Great Product
I am so glad Swanson's offers this product for this price. I believe it is doing what it should. I take it out of the capsule and add it to my husband's shake because he hates to take pills. I have no trouble with it.
