I'm not sure...
I have been taking this Boswellia for about 4 months now along with other supplements. I am not sure if this is really working or if it's the other stuff I'm taking. It's hard to say.

Boswellia Serrata
This herb has been used for ages by those who use/practice alternative healing. I have personally used it for a number of years, and many times could not find it locally or on the Internet at a price I could afford...until I found it at Swanson's. When used per label directions, I do not experience any untoward side-effects and it does not seem to interfere with any of my other medications or supplements. Does it work? I think my body is very used to having it. I recently stopped it for a week due to a new acute problem and really noticed the difference. I was able to re-start it and things seem to be heading back to my own unique level of "normal".
I have to also say that the price and quality of Swanson's Boswellia Serrata surpasses all others that I have tried. I am also very thankful that they continue to have this herb in their inventory and both their customer service and speed of delivery are excellent.
