A little berry packs a big punch Black currants are one of the berries which contain a very high level of anthocyanins, known to support vision health. I like the fact that Swanson's extract is made with quality New Zealand berries. What's more, the price can't be beat! March 15, 2013

Night Vision I have been taking Black Currant Extract (Cassis) for about a year to improve my night vision. I believe it has helped me. At $7.59 a month, I have to see noticeable results in order to continue taking it. I haven't seen it on sale or as a BOGO. December 15, 2012
