Best testosterone production
I took the morning. This form is energizing. I mix this with vitamins, good fats and good minerals (vitamin A, vitamin D, magnesium, selenium in Brazil nuts, cholesterol, etc ...) for best results

Good stuff
I am watching my levels of all kinds. I just started 2-3 months ago taking supplements. Looking for something that does not have a gross taste and does the trick internally. So far pleased, feel better, and no taste. I hope to see results on my next blood test.

Great Supplement

Instant relief obtained!

Very effective and inexpensive!

Effective
I've been taking Zinc gluconate for awhile from other stores, but it never seem to help. I'm fairly new to Swansons and now have tried their zinc picolinate which has worked well. I've hit the half-century mark so I want to keep my prostrate healthy.

Zinc- Men need it!
I've been using this for several tears now.My multi(active one) has the RDA for zinc but I take this along with Magnesium citrate every evening.My prostate and everything else seems to be working fine.I'm 61 years old and have been a Swanson customer for about 5 years.I could not afford the supplements I take from any other source.Thanks Swanson

Effective form of Zinc
Picolinate is supposed to be one of the better forms of zinc due to its absorption by the body.
I like Swanson's and use it all the time as a very helpful supplement. The capsules are small and easy to swallow and it is very inexpensive.

Great Product And Price

Swanson Zinc Picolinate
One of the best absorbed form of zinc at a low price to boot. Besides being cheap, it's only 22mg a dose, instead of the standard 50mg. Thanks Swanson!

I like that I can get this in the 22 mg as the 50 mg strength bothers my daughters stomach. But this works great for her.

Doctor says . . .
My doctor says most adult men don't get enough zinc in their diets. Zinc is especially necessary for good prostate function. Here the zinc is in picolinate form, not the usual gluconate found in most multivitamin-mineral supplements. An easy (and cheap) way to supplement!
